VMS Installation

VELUX Modular Skylights — prefabricated, factory-glazed modules for longlights, ridgelights, and wall-mounted configurations. We install to VELUX Commercial specification: structural mounting, weathersealing, and commissioning.

Interior Finishing

The part most installers won't touch: drywall shafts, taping, insulation, and paint-ready finishing around the skylight opening — so the ceiling looks like it was always meant to have light.

Circular Curbs & Domes

Custom circular curb construction and dome skylight installation — including replacement of aging acrylic domes on flat commercial roofs.

Waterproofing & Curb Construction

Structural curbs built and waterproofed for flat and low-slope commercial roofs — membrane tie-ins, flashing, and thermal breaks done to spec.

Do you work with general contractors and architects?

Yes — as a specialty sub for the skylight scope. We read shop drawings, coordinate with the roofing and structural trades, and deliver the closeout documentation your project needs.

Can you replace old commercial domes?

Yes. Aging acrylic domes that have yellowed or cracked are one of our most common commercial calls. We assess the existing curb, replace or rebuild as needed, and install new glazing.

What size projects do you take?

From a single replacement dome to multi-module VMS ridgelights. If it's skylights on a commercial roof in the GTA, we'll quote it.
